Terms of Service

1. Services

DSFrog provides custom business dashboard development, data integration, and related analytics services. Each project is scoped and agreed upon individually before work begins. The scope, deliverables, and timeline are confirmed in writing (email or messenger) prior to payment.

2. Payment Terms

We work on a fixed-price model with the following payment schedule:

  • 50% upfront — required before development begins
  • 50% on delivery — due upon final delivery and client approval

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (SWIFT / SEPA)
  • Invoice with VAT (issued by our Polish registered entity)
  • Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20), BTC, ETH

All prices are quoted in USD. Invoices may be issued in PLN or EUR at the exchange rate on the invoice date.

3. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately. We communicate any scope changes in writing before proceeding.

4. Delivery & Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin only after the upfront payment is received and all required access/credentials are provided by the client. Delays caused by the client (late access, slow approvals) do not count against our delivery timeline.

5. Confidentiality & NDA

We treat all client data, business metrics, and system credentials as strictly confidential. Upon request, we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before the project begins. We do not share, publish, or reference client data without explicit written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the delivered dashboard and all custom code written specifically for their project. We retain the right to reuse generic, non-client-specific components and frameworks.

Portfolio usage: we may reference the project type (e.g., "financial dashboard for a retail company") without revealing client identity, unless explicitly prohibited by NDA.

7. Support & Maintenance

Post-delivery support is available under a separate monthly support agreement ($190–490/month depending on scope). The first month of basic support is included in all paid packages. After that, support is optional and billed separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

DSFrog is not liable for business losses, data loss, or decisions made based on dashboard data. We are not responsible for downtime or disruptions caused by third-party services (databases, APIs, cloud providers) that we do not control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
